Have you ever gotten off of a plane and just felt like…well – you know what!! *First – ALWAYS Drink Plenty of WATER – make sure you are hydrated!! *Try putting a couple of drops rosemary oil in some warm water *When you get off the plane get some sunlight if possible *Don’t have alcoholic drinks or coffee on the plane *Before the flight have foods high in vitamins A, C and E *Try to sleep on the plane and fly during the day – but that’s not always possible *Smelling salts and lavender have also been know to do the trick after you get off the flight. *Take a bath with Epsom salts after the flight *Always be sure to consult your doctor if you have a current or pre-existing condition before trying natural remedies.
