If you bruise easily or just happen to have bumped into a table or wall and you are going out in your new dress or outfit and have a new bruise on your arm or leg - here are some things you may want to try. *Banana peels. Eat the banana and put the peel on your bruise. *Apply butter or margarine to your bruise and by the next morning it should be gone. *Make an onion juice and salt mixture and use it as a compress *Put a potato on that black eye and eat more sweet potatoes *Eat more asparagus *Apply crushed parsley and/or cabbage leaves to the bruise - mix it with butter for a paste *Eat more broccoli *Eat more foods high in flavonoids *Massage some mustard powder to your bruise *Eat more grapes - they strengthen your capillaries *Rub ginger and olive oil to the affected areas *Eat more blueberries *Make some Comfrey tea - soak the tea into a cloth and use as a compress *Put some molasses on it right away *Apply some Vitamin K to your bruises asap *Apply crushed pineapples or make a pineapple juice wrap and have a couple of pineapples while your at it - they are so tasty! *Eat more foods high in potassium and Vitamin C *Apply witch hazel to the bruises *Apply some black pepper to your bruise *Apply honey and cayenne pepper to the bruise *Apply cold apple cider vinegar to get rid of the bruises gross colors *Or you can try a more convention treatment by applying ice to the swelling/bruise - with a couple of drops of lemon juice on the ice. *Always be sure to consult your doctor if you have a current or pre-existing condition before trying natural remedies.
