There is nothing worse than waking up with that sore throat. If you have a sore throat when you first wake up in the morning then I first suggest that you have a tall glass of a orange juice…sometimes that will actually rid the pain. But if you have a severe sore throat or infection then stay away from this. *Try gargling a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar *Take a tablespoon of honey mixed with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar every 4 hours *Have a cup of Chamomile Tea *Make a mixture of ginger(1 tablespoon) and warm water and gargle *Try a teaspoon of lemon juice or suck on a lemon *Chew on a garlic clove *Have a Vitamin c and/or Zinc tablet *Drink lots of fluids - water is best *Gargle some horseradish *Have a cup of sage or thyme tea *Drink some fresh onion juice with honey *Gargle apple cider vinegar with salt *Gargle with cayenne pepper and warm water *Have some fresh pineapple juice *Have some honey with a pinch of cinnamon *Gargle a little whiskey….don’t drink it!! *Have some licorice tea *Add a few drops of grapefruit seed extract to warm water and drink *Try gargling good old salt water Filed under: Natural Remedies ![]() Comments:
