For me broccoli was an acquired taste…but now I absolutely love it will a little butter and a little salt - it’s delicious. Although I prefer it raw dipped in a little vegetable dip - especially on a nice summer day. There is something about fresh crisp vegetables eaten on a nice summer day that is just so appealing to me. But even more appealing to me is finding out how great broccoli really is…
