When it comes to my food I love black pepper!! Especially in and on my Italian dishes. It’s just a great spice that perks up the natural flavors of the food and your taste buds. So, of course I was interested in what it actually does for me…

* Can be us as an insecticide for houseflies and other bugs in your gardens - much better than the poison of pesticides!!

Pepper is just super for achieving great overall health - so spice up your life and food with a little pepper!!

Remember everything in moderation…too much of anything is not good for you!
