Ice Packs
Posted on 10.26.07 by Your Natural Remedies @

Here is a great way to make that nice formable ice pack. I do not know about you but I have those ice packs and those blue gel ice packs in my freezer and they are just as hard as a rock and you can never bend it for your knee or your elbow because they are just so hard! So here is a way you can make your own. Get a big and strong plastic bag that is recyclable. Put 1 cup of water in it and 1/3 cup of rubbing alcohol in it and leave it in the freezer. The next time you need it it will be freezing cold but you will have it formable because it will be nice and slushy.
