How to treat a hangover the natural way! When you have a hang over you’ll try anything!!! Some of these may work for you. The best thing to do is prevent it but it’s a little late to think of that if you already have the hangover. Here are a couple of remedies I’ve stumbled upon in my college days. *Eat come cabbage or an apple - an apple a day keeps the porcelain king away *Take a B-vitamins before you go to bed *Tomato or chicken soup always makes you feel better *Eat A Teaspoon of Honey every 15 minutes *Add the juice of one lemon to a cup of tea and drink it *Put lemon juice under your armpits!! *Eat a banana *Add two teaspoons of fresh lime juice with 1 teaspoon of sugar to 8 ounces of water. *Do not drink coffee - you’re just going to be a wide awake drunk and you won’t feel any better!! *Try vegetable juice with a little hot pepper sauce in it *Do not have another drink-that’s what got you into this mess! *Drink lots of water - you have to hydrate yourself again!! *Have a glass of Gatorade and I’ve even heard of taking a Midol with the Gatorade - never tried that one though. *Have some almonds *Take a vitamin C before you go to bed *Massage your head - pull you hair gently near the scalp…don’t pull it out because you are feeling awful!!! *Drink tomato juice or sauerkraut juice (yuck!)….or both!! *Eat breakfast - get something in your stomach *Remember this feeling next time you go to a party and have a drink!! *To prevent it have some peanut butter and almonds Do not try all of these at once! Pick one and good luck!! *Always be sure to consult your doctor if you have a current or pre-existing condition before trying natural remedies. Natural remedies are sometimes not best for all people.
