Here is a great quick tip for your brittle nails. If you want you nails to be stronger then… *Try soaking your nails in lemon juice for 15 to 20 minutes every day - this did wonders for my nails which were always brittle and breaking. *Eat peanuts everyday - they make a great snack anyways and they are great for your nails. So aren’t bananas and cauliflower because they contain biotin - a vitamin that is excellent for your nails. *Be sure to moisturize you nails - brush some olive oil on them for a great natural moisturizer. *Massage your nails - get a hand and nail massage or have someone give you a hand/nail massage - they are very relaxing *Always wear gloves when you do the dishes or will be cleaning with a lot of water. *Don’t always have nail polish on - let your nails breath and take it off *Stop biting your nails - it is a bad habit that is actually horrible for your teeth besides! Nails take a while to grow so be patient and you should see results in 3-4 months.
