I am a huge fan of blueberry juice…the 100% natural no sugars added kind. This stuff is absolutely delicious. Just be sure that if it is mixed with other juices it is best if it is mixed with the darker fruits like pomegranate rather than pear or apple. It is really good and it has so many great health benefits as well. Just be sure to not over drink juices because they do have natural sugars that could really pack on the pounds.
