My mother had a tredmill and used it every day and when she got another treadmill…she gave that one to my grandmother and she loves it in her home. It is a great cardio workout in an air conditioned environment which is definitely what my grandmother needs. She doesn’t even have to leave her home and she gets that daily exercise that she needs.
