Rather than going out and getting some penile implant and have to go through what I would assume to be a rather painful surgery you may just want to try other all natural methods first…before you do the drastic measures. Bathmate may be able to help you…but everyone is different so what may work great on one guy may just not work at all on another. This one is different from other models..it is a 15 minute session that uses water instead of air to have the vacuum effect. This way you get up to 250% better vacuum and it is actually a lot safer as well…no clamps and stuff.
