Here is a great tip if you are on that diet. Have a pear before you eat your meal. It will make your feel more full and therefore you will be eating less. And it is not empty calories which is important. You could also have that glass of water before you eat a meal. I had a friend that would do this and she lost those 5 pounds that she wanted because she ate less and the more appropriate amount when she had her meals.
