Be sure to stay cool and stay out of the heat and humid air. Sometimes the air is just thick and heavy that it is best to stay in doors. Do not do any heavy exercise or yardwork either and be sure to drink plenty of water. It always just gets me so upset when I see people running on days like today - They are really not doing themselves any bit of good with regards to their overall health.
