Well, they have lost an estimated $100 million dollars in revenue because of the tomato scare. Serves them right…now the consumers for the time being are more wary on what they are buying. This should have not happened and could have been avoided but it wasn’t and yet again the cost of prevention would have been far less than what it ended up costing in losses!
