I have been eating breakfast every morning for that past 2 months and I have been having a banana with my breakfast…today I just didn’t have time and I just woke up too late and I felt horrible all day! Breakfast really does make a difference. I felt sluggish and just icky all day and very hungry as well. I had no energy well…at least as not as much as I usually do. That’s true, breakfast is actually the most important meal. It sets you up with energy for the whole day, it makes you work better. It makes you think better, and your right it’s very important for children.
