I just read that if you want the best toothpaste to Whiten your Teeth then you have to get Arm and Hammer Whitening. I have been using this for the past 2 weeks now and maybe it is just my imagination but it has seemed to work and my teeth do feel very clean. It has baking soda and peroxide in it which will really clean and brighten your teeth. Just be sure to rinse really good. And I find that if I brush my teeth too close to bedtime I have a very dry mouth in the morning which is very bad for your teeth.
