If you want those healthy and lush locks or long hair then there are things you have to do. First don’t stress over it. People with anxiety and stress do not always have the nicest skin and hair! Do not put your hair in tight curlers or braids. Always take anything out of your hair before going to sleep. And be sure to get it trimmed at every 6 to 8 weeks.
