If you want more fiber in your Oatmeal then you have to get the oatmeal that take 30 minutes to cook. The 1 minute oatmeal is steamed, rolled and cut so it breaks down the fiber. If you get the 30 minutes oatmeal that is just the groat that is cut into a few pieces so you will get the most fiber out of your oatmeal.
