My grandmother started seeing thes black spots - she thought she was seeing spiders and her doctor thought she was going crazy. So she went to her eye doctor and turns out she was seeing floaters. They corrected the problem but her doctor said that when people ignore this they can do great damage to their eyes. So if you are seeing floaters go see an eye doctor right away. The sooner you catch something like this the better!
