The oil products are more for topical solutions, can be used for making steams or mouthwashes but should not be eaten or drank in any way, shape of form. There is for example tea tree tea and peppermint tea but they are created from the leaves. The oil is also taken from the leaves but because it is in an oil form it is far more potent. And you should always consult your doctor before taking something internally even if it is herbal and all natural. Taking even just a little of for example, Tea Tree Oil, could cause everything from diarrhea to a coma. There are oils that you can cook with and put in your foods like grapeseed oil or oregano oil but if you do not know what you are doing then oils are best to be used topically. Do not use oils if you are pregnant or are breastfeeding!! Filed under: Health News andSite Disclaimer Comments: None
