You go to a resturant and you order your favorite dish or you are at home and you make your favorite dish….you have a big helping on your plate and you feel compelled to eat it all because it is so good but you really shouldn’t over eat. Over eating is not good for your health. And when you are eating be sure to chew your food and take your time…it should take at least 15 minutes to eat your meals. Enjoy your meal just don’t inhale it! If you think that you will over eat …. say at a buffet or at home then take a smaller plate to fill up. And have a glass of water before you eat so then you won’t feel so hungry. If you have trouble in the snacking area then make sure that you wait 15 minutes between each snack.
