I have a banana and an orange every morning/day and my daughters love bananas. In fact, when my oldest was a baby she would only eat baby food bananas – if I wanted her to eat other food I’d have to mix it with bananas!!! I love oranges – they just remind me of summer and I love summer!!!! During the spring/summer months I have an orange a day and they just taste so good! I love eating things I like and then finding out that they are just so healthy for you. It’s much better than seeing the health benefits of foods you don’t like and think – “Oh great now I have to acquire a taste for this stuff!!” I even have my own juicer and make my own juice – so much better than store bought juice.
