Be sure to stay cool and stay out of the heat and humid air. Sometimes the air is just thick and heavy that it is best to stay in doors. Do not do any heavy exercise or yardwork either and be sure to drink plenty of water. It always just gets me so upset when I see people running on days like today - They are really not doing themselves any bit of good with regards to their overall health. Here is a great tip if you are on that diet. Have a pear before you eat your meal. It will make your feel more full and therefore you will be eating less. And it is not empty calories which is important. You could also have that glass of water before you eat a meal. I had a friend that would do this and she lost those 5 pounds that she wanted because she ate less and the more appropriate amount when she had her meals. Have you ever heard of the lemon detox? Madonna and BeyoncĂ© do the lemon detox to lose a few extra pounds. Personally, I don’t think I would like this…however, I do have a lemon slice each and every day. There are many different lemon detox programs ones that have cayenne pepper and others that have asian palm syrus or Madal bal natural tree syrups. Did you know that the worst food in America is from the Outback Steakhouse. I really never liked that place anyways because it is always crowded and the one time I did eat there it wasn’t all that great and it was very overpriced in my opinion. But the Aussie Cheese Fries with Ranch Dressing is 2,900 calories, 182 g fat, 240 g carbs - that is just yucky man and it is only the fries! Here is a great way to clean your toothbrush - just put them in a 1/2 cup of baking soda mixed with 1/2 cup of water. Do this once a week and your toothbrush will be nice and clean. Be sure to rinse your toothbrush a lot though before you actually use it. This could save money on gettin ga new toothbrush every month also! Here is a great tip for you if you have those creases in your skin. Before you shower put a moisturizing mask on your skin. The moisture and the heat from the shower will help plump up fine lines temporarily. Eating raw is the best way to get all the nutritional value from vegetables and fruits. If you cook them they will lose quite a bit in some cases. -Fish loses it’s retinol levels even after being grilled and the folic acid levels of foods after they are cook reduce dramatically So if you are trying to eat healthy and having that brocolli with your meals..you may just want to wash it and get some veggie dip because that is the best way to get everything you think you are getting. Healthy teeth is a sign of good overall health. The teeth can point out a sign of another more serious ailment which is why it is just so important to take care of them. It is far more easy to take care of your teeth than to have to fix them later. Which is why it is so important to teach your kids to take care of them right from the start. Teach them to brush their teeth properly at least 2 times a day. And teach them of what foods to look out for that cause the most decay. Carrots are great for you inside and out. They are just overall an extremely healthy vegetable but you can also use it as a skin rejuvenator. Just smash up some carrots and mix them with some honey. Apply it to you face and let it dry and then just rinse it off with some warm water. Just be sure to really mashes up the carrots to make a thick paste otherwise the carrot chunks and bits will fall off. While you are at it put some cucumbers on your eyes…make it a salad facial day! If you want super soft hair…and it is going to rain then I would wash your hair and then go outside in the rain and let it get completely wet…not just a little because then it may just frizz up. Get it all wet and then dry and style it. Your hair will be just so soft. At least mine it. It is better than useing a conditioner.
