Did you know that for some people the Fall is harder on your allergies more so than the springtime! That is probably why you are feeling so sluggish and tired lately too. All the sneezing and watery eyes keep you up. You may think that you are getting the first of the season cold or that your child brought something home for school. While all the while it could just be your allergies acting up with all the leaves falling, and the dust and mold that goes long with these fall months. If you get that gross feeling in your stomach after lunch you may want to consider taking a slice of lemon with you. Do you have a temporary tattoo…or perhaps your child has one form a party or from school? And now you need to take it off but do not want to irritate or scrub it off of your skin. No problem! All you have to do is get out that good old cold cream and apply it to the temporary tattoo. Then you just get a damp face cloth and it should come off very easily with no problems what so ever. You also eliminate the red marks form the scrubbing you would have had to do too! Filed under: Beauty/Health Tips ![]() Comments: 1 Comment |

When you are in a cast it is not fun to begin with and when your skin starts to itch under the cast then it is really not fun. The doctor had told me to hit the cast with a spoon and it will make the itch go away. But if that does not work try using a hair dryer on the lowest power setting and on the coolest setting and blow a little bit of baking soda down the edges. This should help relieve the itch a bit. I think it is a great idea for everyone to have some sort of hobby that they enjoy to do. Something that can ease their stress and just pass the times. You want to be able to do something that you like that is relaxing to you. Something perhaps to look forward to when you are having that horrible day at work or just in general. Whether it is a hobby you do by yourself or even a recreation like a sport…find something you like to do and start doing it! Filed under: Health News and Beauty/Health Tips ![]() Comments: None |
