I had my doubts about things like kinoki foot pads. The pads you put on the bottoms of your feet that absorb the toxins from your body. I that this is a waste of money because it is not drawing anything out of you body. There is stuff in the pads like green tea and vinegar that give it that odor and that black look when you take it off but that is about it.
