Staying Healthy
Posted on 08.12.10 by Your Natural Remedies @

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of iNetVideo.com. All opinions are 100% mine.

When it comes to staying healthy…prevention of ailments and sickness is so much better than having to try to treat them. And sometimes it is as easy as just changing your eating habits and your life style a little bit. iNetVideo.com has a great fitness DVD selection that can get you on that right track to a healthier and ulimately happy you. And they have 100’s of them at very affordable prices. Now is the time to get healthy and stay healthy. Change your diet to more raw foods and less processed foods. And start exercising on that regular basis. There are a lot of great workouts out there to choose from and you do not have to do the same thing day after day…mix it up a bit to keep things interesting and fun. I have tried aerobics and yoga but I have been interested in pilates for a while now. I think that is the next thing that I would like to start doing. It has great benefits and everyone that I know does it says that they love it! I need ab work so I would probably look into the Sexy Abs with Leisa Hart, Kathy Smith - Flex Appeal - A Belly Dance Workout or Kathy Smith - Fat Burning Pilates.

Moving Story
Posted on 08.11.10 by Your Natural Remedies @

Paul Krause is an author of the book Surviving Mesothelioma. This is a book that will not tell you the cures of Mesothelioma but tells you his inspirational story about how he outlived his Mesothelioma Cancer prognosis of 1 year. This is about his struggle to survive this terrible cancer. It is a free book and if you have or know anyone that has mesothelioma then it is highly recommended.

This cancer could have been obtained because of asbestos exposure and many occupations have been affected by this such as electricians, plumbers, pipefitters, auto mechanics and construction workers to just name a few. It is a great and very simple read and it is worth your while to read this or at least pass it on to someone that you know could benefit from it.

Sleep and StayFit
Posted on 08.09.10 by Your Natural Remedies @

The less you are sleeping the more at risk you are of becoming or staying obese and that is why people that have sleep related problems usually gain weight more so than someone who gets a good nights sleep. It is a like a circle effect too because the less sleep you get the better chance for weight gain and the less energy you will have so the less active you will be probably haveing less exercise.
Anything less than 7 for an adult is not good…go to sleep!! Not to mention that lack of sleep causes other problems like poor memory and poor coordination.

Prevent That Nosebleed
Posted on 08.07.10 by Your Natural Remedies @

If you are prone to nosebleeds try using a humidifier to your room - maybe your home is just too dry. You can also saw your nose with Vaseline and a q-tip swap to moisturize the inside of your nose. And remember to increase you intake of Vitamin C through fruits and vegetable and/or supplements.
