Staph Infections

Staph Infections are quite the problem and I have been doing research on this. I have read that there are many natural treatments that can actually better treat the infection because some modern medicines just to not work like penecillian. Tea Tree oil applied topically and apple cider vinegar applied topically can help. Taking garlic pills can also help because garlic is known to fight infections. I will be coming up with a list of things later today about this since this is a growning concern. the latest case was of one in Wrentham MA where the elementary schools are now disinfecting the entire buildings.

Parents and Kids Overall Health

Parents sometimes have a lot to do with a child’s overall mental health which ultimately affects their physical health. Parents be sure not to push your child and always tell them when you are proud and give them the encouragement and attention that they need and crave. It is sometimes the little things that make a child feel really good about themselves. Don’t put down your child and always try to find the positive in things that they try and do. If they are trying their best even though it is not as good as others…who cares…tell them that they are doing good.

Hats

Take off your hats! Do not wear hats all day long and indoors. It is actually disrespectful to even wear hats indoors. But by doing so you are not letting your scalp breathe and you are going to find that your hair will start to thin over time. And do not wear a hat or put your hair in a ponytail or braid if your hair is wet…it is horrible for your hair. Either let it air dry while it is down or dry it before you do stuff with it!

Out For Dinner

It is ok to occassionally go out for dinner…why not give yourself a break from cooking in the kitchen and treat yourself to something new and different. Just try to stay away from the fatty foods because they tend to be more fatty in the restaurants for some reason the fried foods are just full of grease. Opt for those foods that are broiled, baked, steamed or grilled first.
