I know many people that have had the rhinoplasty surgery and they are just absolutely beautiful. I just comes out looking so incredibly beautiful. Do not get me wrong it is a major surgery - much more than one would actually thing and it is quite painful and you have a long recovery but it is well worth it …at least all the people that I have talked to. And it was done in a way where it is noticeable and you know something is different but you can’t quite tell what it is…those are the best kinds of surgery where it is not blatantly obvious. Personally, I need the tummy tuck and I will get one - I am just determined because no matter how many crunches or situps I do it just does not help. The thing is - many females need that tummy tuck not because they are fat but because they have a ton of lose skin around the stomach area because of having children. And you can not work off or tighten that skin any other way. There are temporary solutions and some things work to an extent but if you have a lot of lose skin everywhere then the only way to get rid of it is by having that tummy tuck. And do not forget the good old liposuction procedure which is done quite often not and not just by the rich and the famous. However, with this one - this is not a way to get fit and trim without maintaining it. You still have to eat healthy and correct and you have to exercise if you want to keep that fat off of you. So find that place that place that has the most up to date techniques and the latest equipment with surgeons that are high qualified. I know actually quite a few that have had trouble with alcoholism. For one of my friends they had the problem dating back in high school but for my most recent friend she started drinking because of her work and that her 2 year engagement suddenly was called off…it nearly destroyed her and that is when her real problems began. There are just so many great charities out there that are available for you to contribute to. There are a few that I contribute to throughout the year. Unfortunately you have to make sure that the charity is legit these days because there are a lot of people out there that fake charities. I have always been interested in the AMericn Skin Association. They are dedicated to the research, education, prevention and cure for skin disorders. Another one is the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation where they try to improve the quality and care of the life of children with cancer as well as increasing the survival rate of these children as well. I think that it is very important to find that charity that you are most interested in. And the thing is you really do not have to do a lot or even give $100’s of dollars. Many people like myself are on a tight budget as it is but the spare change here and there can just really add up if you have 1000’s and 1000’s of people giving. Find something that you belief in and go with it.. I have an uncle that apparently had a fabulous head of hair. My grandfather has thick hair even at 70 years old and he only went gray when he was 60! My uncle however, did not like his head of hair because it was very thick and very curly so he would wash his hair and then wear some sort of hat all day long. He did this for years and now he is completely bald! He really did it to himself and now he really regrets that he did this. As a high school and college student he was self conscious of his hair and now for the rest of his life he will be self conscious with his lack of hair. Do not wear hats if you head is wet!
