Who would have thought that this pretty flower would have so many medicinal benefits!!! Just toss them in with your salads - I find that to be the easiest way to eat them. They’re not the tastiest but in a salad…not bad. Trying to list the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar is like trying to list the benefits of Tea Tree Oil. It is nearly impossible. But I’ve come up with a little list of things that it is wonderful for. Personally I have 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar A Day. It tastes HORRIBLE. But I put it with apple cider so it’s tolerable. And I also drink it through a straw because I’ve read that it could take the natural enamel off of your teeth which will create dental problems you don’t want. Make sure you brush your teeth after taking Apple Cider Vinegar. My mother had cancer and she beat it but I don’t think that she would ever go through the basically torture of Chemo again. She always said her whole experience is impossible to describe to anyone and if you haven’t gone through it then you really do not understand what a person goes through while trying to beat their cancer.
