So I’ve already talked about Violets and Sunflowers - how about Dandelions - Just toss them in with your salads - I find that to be the easiest way to eat them. They’re not the tastiest but in a salad…not bad. Or you could boil the leaves and make them into a dandelion tea! So you have a fungal infection - yeast infection, jock itch, athlete’s foot… Here are my 5 best anti-fungal herbs I have seen to be successful for fungal infections whether it’s in tea form or even combining them to make a mixture for topical usage. Garlic There are many more but this is just my reduced top 5 list. Others I like include angelica, sage, peppermint, black walnut, turmeric, lavender and black pepper. *Remember as with anything always eat/drink in moderation!!
