So I just recently heard that putting milk in your tea will destroy all the health benefits that the tea may have to offer you! I don’t put milk in my green or flavored tea but I always put milk in my black tea. So, if you add milk you are eliminating any benefits and destroying all the antioxidants…therefore if you want the health benefits of teas then you have to forget about the milk!! If you have an Aloe Vera plant - they are great for when you get a cut but try opening one up ever once in a while to put that pure gel on your hair - wash it right in and in your scalp. So your child just lost a tooth and their gums are bleeding and you just can not seem to get it to quite top. Try applying a spent tea bag on the gums. This should stop the bleeding and even alleviate any uncomfort or pain the child may be experiencing . A baby tooth that a child just lost should not bleed for that long …if so you may want to consult your doctor because there may be another issue underlying this problem. I think that dancing is a great way to stay healthy. I remember when I use to take dance lessons…I didn’t like sports but I just loved to dance and it was a great way to stay in shape as a kid. Although I also use to go outside and play all the time every day but dancing is a great way to stay healthy. And I have been trying to get my husband to take dancing lessons and he is actually thinking about it. I would just love to learn how to ballroom dance. I think that everyone should have that great get away vacation at least once a year. Time to get away from your job and the worries and stresses of daily life. It is just so important to dry your hair before you go outside in the cold or windy weather. Not only will you feel better but it will look better. And you will not be so cold. It also does a number on your roots. You don’t want to put a hat on wet hair or pull it up in that ponytail - it will rot your roots and it just makes it end up looking very greasy. Just a quick reminder that you should remember still be wearing those hats and sunblock if you do not already do so. The sun is very strong these days and even if the sun is not out you can get quite the burn which will give you wrinkles, pre-mature aging signs and not to mention worse like cancer. If you ask me….you should call your doctor whenever you feel something just is not right with your health. That is why you have a doctor and and paying for that insurance..and that is also why they are getting paid the big bucks!!! For example though…if you have had a 102 degree fever for over 3 days or if it is over 102 degree call your doctor. If there are white or yellow spots in your throat of if you lymph nodes are enlarged call the doctor. If you have the chills or shortness of breath of have congestion in your chest you should call the doctor.
