Be very careful who you choose as your primary care physician. You want to make sure that you do your research to see if he or she is a reputable doctor. Not only that but you want to meet them before you sign them on in my opinion. My mom had what seemed to be a really nice doctor until she had to change insurance companies. Well, this guy didn’t take her new insurance so she had no choice but to change primary care physicians. He was not nice…gave her a hard time about records…gave her the run around…the staff was cold and not helpful at all. Absolutetly horrible and her new doctor could not believe it! The thought of Rebuilding of America is somethng that eveyone should be thinking of especially this time of year. Imagine….just by investing something as little as $25 can make all the difference in the economy if we all did it? that would be a no brainer if it could help our communities and country. Help with the construction and real estate industry as well as getting something back for you with you investment…so it is really a win-win situation if you really think about it. And I don’t know about you but I have had enough with the tough times. It is time for us to do something about it because it is clear that the government just does not have a clue. It is the little people that are going to have to bail out the big people it seems…maybe because there is more of us but I think it is because we are the ones that have the smarts to know what may or may not work. And there is not other investment like this…you can not invest just $25 anymore…anywhere. This is a safe and secure investment that I think could really help out….but you can not just rely on the other guy…you have to invest too.

If you are sick the best thing that you can do for your body to help you to get better is to stay hydrated and sleep. If you are tired then just take it easy and go tosleep. Not only will you feel a little better when you wake up but you are helping your body fighting off what ever kind of cold you have. Massage therapy is just so great and it can be so relaxing and just takes all the stresses away if not just for the moment. Sometimes…no I think we all should get a massage - I think it should be covered in our health insurance. For a massage 2 times a year. It is for our mental as well as our physical health and sanity sometimes. And it actually will help with water retention you may have in your skin as well. We have all heard that Changes are Coming…Obama seems to have discovered the word change…I will believe it when I see it personally. Sure I believe that we need some change but who is to say that anyone is going to change for the better and not just change to benefit themselves. This is a satirical movie that I found very entertaining…gives you another perspective on just how crazy human and human nature can really be. Changes are coming…but who knows what that means. The fear of the unknown I think is what people are suffering from these days. Everyone wants to see that positive change but we have been assured that it will not happen in 4 years. Ok - so you just covered your butt when you don’t get anything done. That is how I veiw that statement.

I think that everyone would like to turn back the clock to look younger….even just a few years for some. Well, you can not but you can help reverse the signs of aging like wrinkles and small lines or marks. One thing for your skin is to always wear moisturizer that has sunscreen in it! Here is something that you can do too…pick the right perfume. I was reading that if you wear perfume that has pink grapefruit scent in it people will think that your age is up to 6 years younger than it is…the nose is a powerful thing! I think most people would think that a good investment would be in the Rebuilding of America and imagine if it only were to cost you $20…that would definately be a worthwhile investment in my opinion. If everyone were to invest $20 - we could get roads fixed, and things cleaned up in your towns, maybe fix up the schools and parks that have been neglected because of budget cuts and low funds. If you just get a $20 CD at your bank you will be helping people go to work in the construction and real estate industries….and it is not like you are giving it to them making a donation. Goodness knows we pay enough in our taxes - I certainly do not want to give them anymore that is for sure! And you just never know what idiot hands it will get into. Some fool that doesn’t know how to balance his own check book let alone a town or states! This way you make the investment and you will get it back with interest but it will help the economy as well. It is a win-win situation in my opinion. And it is a safe, easy and fast investment that you can make that probably will not affect your overall budget in the mean time.

I was reading an article on whether or not talking to yourself means that you are crazy? i don’t think that it does. They say yes…I say no…it is up to you because schools do not make it mandatory. If I had an immune system that was not strong then I would. My mom had cancer a few years back now and she will always need that flu shot because her immune system is not what it use to be. The thing is that it contains mercury…and these flu viral germs are always mutating so you get vaccinated for one and what is to say that you will not get the other. It is a hit or miss and in my opinion not worth it. But if you are going to get it for your children and they are over 2 then ge thte flumist…it has been said to be better for children and better for prevention in children. I remember when my mom use to go shopping for the holidays she would always put things on layaway. And then somewhere along the way…the whole layaway concept just kind of disappeared…well it is back and the Sears Layaway is in full swing. With the economy the way it is and the budgets getting tighter and tighter in the households each and every day…the layaway thing I think may be getting more popular this holiday season as it should be. It will allow people to pay in little amounts for things they would like to get rather than putting everything on the credit cards racking up the credit card bills! Now you can create that holiday wish list and fulfill family and friends wish lists because layaway is the easy way to pay for your items….set them aside and pay a little at a time. There is plenty of time before Christmas day. Then when you pay it off you can pick it up! And I don’t know about you but my mom just loves the clothing at Sears….especially their turtlenecks and their sweatsuits. She loves the quality of them so that is one thing I will be getting. And then for my dad…well…craftman tools is something I have to get because I think I have been getting them for him since I was 6! For my sister….I don’t know….She just got married and a new place so housewares is always nice. Maybe some kitchen appliances or bath towels…I love their bath towels!

Many people slouch and they do not even realize it. Some people slouch because it is a self esteem thing and other people slouch because they are embarrassed about something on them…usually their height. I have a cousin that is 6 feet tall and she has always slouched because she hates being tall. The thing it that you are really doing harm to your posture and you will probably have back problems.
