The Sun can be your friend or your enemy…you just have to know how to work with it. I personally think that everyone should if they can go out in the sunlight for 20 minutes each day. The sun has many health benefits…it is a great source of vitamin D and it does give life to your skin…however it can damage it irreversably! Lately I think we are seeing that people just do not want to buy that home…some just don’t have the credit to be allowed to but others just don’t want the hassle in having that home to maintain. It is a lot of work and some people just don’t have the time or the energy to keep it up. There is the lawn and then there could be snow removal, there is the upkeep of the furnace and the septic and the roof. There is a lot of time that goes into keeping a home nice looking and maintaining it so that it is function able. My brother is he perfect example of someone that just does not want to own a home. If you have to go to the bathroom then by all means stop what you are doing and go to the bathroom. You could create irreversible damage to your bladder which can be very easily avoided. If you are working then just get up and go to the bathroom or if you are driving do not hold it in for the next 45 minutes – find a rest room and go!
